    Most orders are shipped in 5 business days or less by ground UPS, FedX, or other carriers.

Shipping Charges

We use the UPS shipping calculator.  All shipping is calculated from Ohio factory to your zip code.  The charges can be seen on the check out page just before ordering by inserting your ZIP and then clicking on update button at the bottom.  

 Return Policy

    Please contact us to allow us to assist you before returning any product.  Your satisfaction is our goal.  We have adapted the following Return Policy to cover the unfortunate and infrequent instances where a return is necessary and appropriate.  This  policy is in effect for 30 days of delivery provided that the following terms and conditions are met.

*Damaged from shipping should not be accepted from the shipper.  Reject them and tell the shipper to return to sender.

* RGA:  Returned Goods Authorization has been issued by us and must accompany any return to be considered valid. 

* Returns must be labeled with a vaild RGA Number and shipped to the address provided by us. (Note: All items presented without RGA Number will be refused or lost)

*Returns must be received complete and in saleable condition. 

* Returns must be shipped UPS, FedX or other insurable, trackable shipping method.

* All returns must be in their original packaging with all components, documents and accessories to be considered complete. Returns that don't follow these instructions will be lost and unaccountable.

* Return freight must be prepaid, by the buyer, and not refundable.

* Returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee.

* All approved returns must be received within 10 days of being issued an RGA Number to be considered valid.  Any products received after 10 day will be accepted or refused at our discretion. 

*Damaged goods should not be accepted by the carrier.
